Q:  Do I need a reservation?

A:  Advanced booking either by phone/email/online prior to your arrival is required to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.  We do not currently accept walk-ins.


Q:  What can I expect  when getting a massage at Spa Witz?

A:  Each massage starts with a consultation about your injuries, issues, and needs.  We discuss and document goals, then create a timeline of services to address those goals.  The treatment room is relaxing with a heated bed, soft luxurious linens, low lights, and zen music, all of which is customized to each need.  The service starts with deep breaths of aromatherapy as we continue to go deeper into relaxation and meditation.  Communication is important during the beginning stages of massage, as you feel out the pressure and comfort your receiving.  I then work my magic, ending always with warm towels on the feet and a glass of tea or water to replenish.  Booking your next appointment is the last thing you do before going home for a long nap.....if you can!

Q:  What does it mean that "Gratuity" is included?

A:  When you visit a regular spa you are usually asked to leave a tip for your message theripist.  Spa Witz makes it easier by adding this into each service.    Everything is built into the price you pay.  

Q:  Do you offer any discounts?

A:  YES!  Join our exclusive Spa Witz email list to get updated information on all specials being offered.  Follow Spa Witz on Instagram and/or Facebook for other special offerings.  **Spa Witz does not offer any "double discounts" but we're happy to honor the greater discount for your given situation.


Q:  What product lines are offered?

A:  Spa Witz utilizes Rhonda Allison Skincare, ISUN Skin & Bodycare, Lymphoderm Bodycare, and Butterfly Express Essential oils.  Links to the above product lines are at the bottom right of this page under important links.


Q:  When can I use the Steam Room?

A:  You are welcome to arrive early before, or stay after your service to utilize the steam room.  The steam room has 2 shower heads, hot and cold water is utilized to increase circulation.  Cold cucumber towels are just outside the shower door.  We offer shampoo, conditoner, bodywash, and facial cleanser to get even more time away from the world.  *Dry brushes are available upon request.


Q:  What refreshments are available?

A:  Spa Witz has a variety of teas, herb & fruit infused water, and small treats.  We have cups/mugs available to use while in the spa to get replenished.  We are proud to be eco-friendly and encourage you bring your own reuseable bottle/mug to take home any refreshment you may want. 


Q:  What is the Cancellation Policy?

A:  Please allow 24 hours for Spa Witz appointment cancellations.  Failure to do so may result in 50% of the charge of services.   If you simply "No Show"  for your service then you will be charged 100% of the service. Thank you for your understanding.   Some exceptions may be made for illness or emergency.

Q: What if I'm running late?

A:  Spa Witz recommends that clients try to arrive 10  minutes prior to their appointment.  This is for consulting for each treatment and using the facilities before your service.  As a courtesy to our next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when you begin.  Some exceptions may be made if possible. 

Q:  What is the refund policy?

A:  Treatments, Gift Cards and Products are non-refundable.  Treatment packages or unused portions of the packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for another option.  Please consult with Spa Witz if you have any questions.

Q: Gift card policy?

A:  Gift cards do not expire.  Absolutly no refunds will be given for gift card purchases.  A gift card represents a pre-payment for treatments.  

Q:  Can children visit Spa Witz?

A:  Children under the age of 18 must have parental consent form for any service.
